Stretchforming - Sheet
Process

Loading: Both ends of the sheet are inserted in gripper jaws, themselves mounted on the carriages.

Pre-Stretching: The sheet is stretched to its yield point.

Wrapping: the table raises, wrapping the sheet around the form die, while the carriages are moving in, automatically maintaining the stretch-force.

Release: When the wrapping is completed, the stretch force is released and the jaws are opened, the carriages and table return to their initial position.
