In addition to the complete design and manufacture of
stretchforming equipment systems, Cyril Bath Company offers a variety of in-house services
to our customers in the way of finished stretch and elastoformed
parts. Our expert
engineering department and sales force work diligently with our
customers from the initial inquiry to develop the process and
tooling best suited to give them the quality parts they have grown
to expect from Cyril Bath Company. We offer services from the
basic forming process, to a finished part, which can include
trimming, punching, notching, etc.
The wide variety of machinery designed and manufactured by Cyril Bath Company includes Stretchforming Machinery and Elastoforming for cold metal forming, as well as Hot Forming Presses for Superplastic Forming (SPF). Additionally, our experienced engineering department is frequently called upon to design and develop unique, custom design equipment to meet the special needs of our customers. As a result of one of these special applications, we have just recently completed an R & D program that has resulted in the production of the first of its kind, CNC controlled,
re-configurable die for forming sheet metal parts.
