Our design and electronics engineering department continue to improve whenever possible, the mechanical, hydraulic and control system designs. In addition to our standard line of presses, we welcome the opportunity to discuss special application equipment with our customers and work with them through the various stages of design and manufacture.
New kinematics design of stretch wrap press arm wrap cylinder Click image for CAD drawing V-Series and MD Series Stretch Wrap Presses: these presses are the most commonly used in industry today for the forming of brake formed and extruded parts. The presses noted below come with a basic design package, but can be supplied with a variety of options, to enhance their versatility and capabilities. Our presses can be supplied with either CNC or PLC control systems, depending on the customer's choice.
MD Series Stretch wrap press with PLC control Our V-Series presses range in tonnage ratings of: 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 75, 100, 120 and 150 ton. Some of the standard features on this series press are: Interchangeable 4", 6", 8" and 10" nosepiece, hardened replaceable table inserts and roll around operator console. Adjustable cross slides for forming very narrow parts are furnished on our 5-40 ton presses.  Our MD-Series presses come with a lot of the basic features offered on our V-Series, but are offered at a substantial cost savings to the customer and are available in 20 and 30 ton capacity.

In addition to our standard single axis stretch wrap press, we offer a multiple axis press called the quad axes press. In addition to the standard stretch wrap features, the quad axes press a vertical lift and rotational twist feature as well. As with all our presses, the quad axis press is available in various tonnages to meet the customer's requirements.
